CLIENT:

Leading Consumer Durable and AV Brand looking for a ccomplished sales professional with around 20 years of Sales and Channel management experience. Expertise to Manage & Develop Mass Distribution Business for better market penetration and business growth.

KEY DRIVERS :

Spearhead national distribution business comprising

Television, Audio Video, Washing Machines, Music Systems,Sound Bars etc

by developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve 4 X revenue in 3 years. Lead and drive

GT Channel comprising 4 Regions, Multiple branches and depots , Collaboration and working with Distributors and Dealers Pan India. Strategize channel strategies, financial capability analysis of the Channel by Business Review of Distributors & develop Channel roadmap – New Appointment/Replacement & conversion. Ensure Channel adherence and focus on Market Share, Counter share, Competition mapping, flagship performance & brand visibility, timely refill to retailers, adherence to channel hygiene, proactive problem solving approach. ,

DESIRED INCUMBENT PROFILE:

Rich pedigree of building and delivering robust GT distribution business in CD/AV category with around 20 years of commendable experience in Channel & Distribution Development. Successfully led GT/ Distribution business in at least two regions. Led a large sales organization and regional distribution network.

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 60-80 LPA++
