Job description
Mechanical Maintenance activities of Cement Mill I & II. Responsible for Planning, organizing, scheduling and execution of all mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery which includes Cement mill, material handling Clinker/ Gypsum & Fly ash handling and utilities with utmost safety measures ensuring maximum plant equipment availability with in time limit. Responsible for adopt new technology, new maintenance techniques and to carry out up gradation / modification jobs to continuously improve plant productivity and to reduce overall cost of manufacturing cement by optimal utilization of manpower and spares. Responsible for increase the millrun hours and to reduce unplanned stoppages to become Bench mark Unit. Sound knowledge on Cement Mill, Ball Mill, Roller press, Bucket elevators, Belt Conveyors, Wagon tippler, Hydraulic system, compressor, water supply system and Lubrication system. Identification of new projects and new maintenance techniques to improve OEE of plant. Ensure implementation of IMS and WCM through the involvement of employees for improving plant performance and quality standards. Knowledge of SAP, Safety systems software application, Confluence, WCM system software application and computer application.Job tags
