We are looking for a Calling or Customer Care Executive to join our organization at Delhi to discuss and resolve the queries of our followers and to communicate about the works and products of our organization to the public
Requirements:
Should be able to attend telephone calls and should be able to talk and write in both Hindi and English
Excellent verbal and face-to-face communication skills in both Hindi and English
Good written communication skills in both Hindi and English
To discuss and resolve the queries of the general public and our followers and to communicate with them about the works and products of our organization
Knowledge of handling computer, like MS Word, Excel, and other basic computer operations will be treated as an additional skill although not mandatory
Should be able to search sites and find relevant information from the internet as needed by the organisation
