Responsibilities Conceptualise and design branding materials, such as Marketing posters, research report cover letters, Marketing videos, Motion designs and PowerPoint presentations. Ensuring that designs are consistent with brand standards and guidelines. Create responsive design for webpages. Staying up to date with industry trends and incorporating new design techniques into projects Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets and ensure that all the collateral that goes out is in accordance with the brand’s guideline. Format and design reports for PowerPoint slides Creating and editing videos for various marketing and research purposes. Support other design-related tasks. Requirements A user-centric mindset with creative, innovative, and analytical approach Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly. Exceptional attention to detail Understanding of current and future visual trends Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, either through internships or previous employment. A good portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to feedback and make revisions accordingly.
