Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing excellent customer support. Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service Management experience
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide exceptional Customer Support
• Experience in Customer Service or related fields
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
