Role Description
As a senior finance manager at Xebo.ai, you will be responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the company including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audit, and tax compliance . You will work with the CEO and other members of the team to develop long-term financial plans and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and financial analysis. They will also be able to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial managers and executives. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Finance Manager located in Noida with the flexibility of remote work.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial operations of the company and provide leadership to the finance team
- Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company's business goals
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Board of Directors
- Must have experience in auditing and payroll
- Manage the development and implementation of the accounting system
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Negotiate and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other creditors
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Supervise the finance team and provide mentorship and guidance
- Handle special projects as assigned by the CEO or Board of Directors
- Keep abreast of developments in the field of finance and share knowledge with the team
- Perform any other duties as required by the CEO or Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Proven experience of more than 6 years
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Strong financial management skills, including experience in AR, AP, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Expertise in tax compliance and audit procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management
- Good knowledge of GAPP, IAS, SAS, and IFRS
- Experience in ACCPAC or ORACLE preferred
- Experience working in the tech industry is a plus
