Job Title: Client Success Executive Location: Remote (India) Job Type: Full time Work Hours: 9 am – 5 pm US EST Working Days: MondayThursday

Responsibilities:

Demonstrated success in business development within the B2B sector in the US market, with a preference for experience in the Tech Services or Staffing industries. Proven ability to generate leads and attract potential clients. Proficient in setting up meetings with prospective clients and maintaining engagement throughout the client acquisition process. Capable of conducting research and developing expertise in specific niche ERP’s such as SAP, Oracle Cloud, Workday, etc., to offer optimal solutions addressing client talent needs. Consistently maintains client engagement from initial contact to the successful completion of the search.(B2B sales Lifecycle). Utilizes various communication channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, etc., to reach out to clients, establish connections, and foster ongoing relationships. Collaborates with the team to analyze market trends and devises innovative strategies to attract new clients.

Skills: Strong English communication (written and verbal) Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Proactive and self driven Lead Generation /Demand generation Performance oriented

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a client success executive/business development executive Bachelor’s degree is mandatory Master's degree is preferred Knowledge of ERP staffing solutions is mandatory (Oracle,Peoplesoft, Workday,UKG,Salesforce or SAP). Experience in US or EU work shifts .
