Job description

To effectively implement various HR interventions in the zone to ensure high employee engagement
level and business continuity.
Maintain smooth IR situation in plant.  .

ACCOUNTABILITIES ACTIVITIES
1 Implement manpower plan as
budgeted to ensure availability of
regular & contractual manpower  To sources suitable candidates as per MPR and organized
interviews  To track the offer & joining  To verify monthly bills of manpower  2 To comply with all applicable legal &
Statutory requirements  CTO obtain all approvals & complete compliances under
various labour, factory and Shops related laws  To conduct monthly inspection of contractors' record as
per legal requirement  To coordinate with Legal Authorities and get periodic
inspection done under Factories & various Labor Laws
3 To organize L&D programs for
employees as per ILP, Skill Matrix,  To plan & organize structured Induction Training for all
