1 Implement manpower plan as
budgeted to ensure availability of
regular & contractual manpower To sources suitable candidates as per MPR and organized
interviews To track the offer & joining To verify monthly bills of manpower 2 To comply with all applicable legal &
Statutory requirements CTO obtain all approvals & complete compliances under
various labour, factory and Shops related laws To conduct monthly inspection of contractors' record as
per legal requirement To coordinate with Legal Authorities and get periodic
inspection done under Factories & various Labor Laws
3 To organize L&D programs for
employees as per ILP, Skill Matrix, To plan & organize structured Induction Training for all
