Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, particularly in Salesforce, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Customize Salesforce applications by configuring workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications by implementing new features and functionality as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving issues and troubleshooting problems as required.
- Document technical designs, code changes, and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other systems or platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce Developer certification preferred.
- Proven experience in Salesforce development with hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems.
