Job description

Job Summary: A Search Engine Optimization Specialist is responsible for analyzing, reviewing and implementing websites that are optimized to be picked up by search engines. An SEO Specialist will have in-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting and the behaviours of search engines. SEO is an ever-changing landscape, so an SEO specialist needs to be continuously learning and evolving.

Requirements: Proven SEO experience Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition In-depth experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console and other SEO tools) Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO Any Graduate

This job specifically involves the following key roles and responsibilities: SEO Strategy Development: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities and formulate effective SEO strategies tailored to individual client needs and goals. On-Page and Off-Page

Optimization: Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, URL structures, content optimization, internal linking, and schema markup. Develop and execute off-page strategies to build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority. Technical SEO: Monitor and optimize website performance, crawlability, and indexation. Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical SEO issues and ensure websites adhere to SEO best practices. Keyword Strategy

: Using a B2B marketing strategy, ensure targeted keywords from different regions rank on the first page of search engines to tap potential B2B customers. Performance Tracking and Analysis: Utilize various SEO tools to monitor website rankings, organic traffic, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports and analysis to clients and the internal team, highlighting SEO progress and areas for improvement. Client Communication

: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, addressing their concerns, and providing updates on SEO campaigns. Coordinating with clients for various online marketing tasks related to websites, social media, SEO, and other online/offline marketing activities. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in the digital marketing and SEO industry. Apply new knowledge and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

The applicant must possess the following skills: In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) Demonstrated ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to optimize SEO strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients and team members. Willing to coordinate with clients to conduct online marketing tasks such as website enhancement, project management, etc. Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (e.g., PPC, social media, and email marketing) is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a minimum of

2+ years

of hands-on experience in planning and executing successful SEO campaigns. Who also possesses key skills in account management. Basic knowledge of Content writing and web development would be preferred. Postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
