Roles & Responsibilities
Please go through the below mentioned requirement.
-Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printer and other devices.
-Company asset management.
-Licence management, verification and modification.
-Hands-on experience with computer networks, Wi-Fi, network administration.
-Administration of 3-tier hierarchical network-Core, Distribution and Access using Cisco L2/L3 Switching and Routing including VLAN management.
-Knowledge on Firewall, added advantage on if working Cyberoam.
-Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
-Perform daily backup operations.
-Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
-Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with vendors.
-Self-motivated, strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal and oral communication skills.
