Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Learning Manager located in Kolkata metropolitan area. The Learning Manager will be responsible for managing the learning, development and growth of all internal employees. Typical job description will include doinf TNA, creating development roadmaps, planning learning calendars, execution of the learning roadmaps and measuring impact. The Learning Manager will work with cross-functional teams, collaborate on projects, and lead the development and implementation of learning strategies, ensuring that the goals are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education in a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in managing educational or training projects and leading a team
• Experience in using technology for educational or training purposes
• Ability to identify issues, develop, and implement solutions
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
