Job Description
Reporting to the Tech Centre Head, the position will be majorly responsible for
- Designing Product Strategy Roadmap which includes technology identification, evaluation, and implementation of Products
- Reviewing design processes from time to time and identifying avenues for making them more robust to increase efficiency, adherence to standards/regulations and overall effectiveness
- Reviewing RFQ requirements/specifications from a technical and commercial point of view
- Reviewing the development timeline and suggesting inputs on resource allocation as well as management
- Highlighting risks and providing possible mitigation measures
- Directing team to review failures and ensure the same are well-documented
- Managing multiple stakeholders both internal as well as external
The Successful Applicant
An ideal candidate is an engineer with 12+ years of experience in developing robust product roadmaps and managing end-to-end product lifecycles in the automotive industry. They should have worked on hardware architecture and component design. They should have worked extensively on technology identification, evaluation, and implementation in new products. They should have led projects and managed customer interaction extensively. They should have clear and concise communication skills and external stakeholder management expertise.
