BMC Remedy (ARS ITSM CMDB / Helix)
Experience : 3 to 10 years.
Location: Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore / Delhi
Good to have certification in above mentioned skill.
Excellent verbal and written communication problem solving abilities & analytical skills is must.
Candidate with BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA Computer Science/IT with good academic background.
Passion for technology and flexibility to work in new technologies.
Candidates willing to join us within 12 weeks are highly preferred. L3 Support Core Technical (Development Knowledge Required) Skills: Required: Helix Remedy 20.8 or later DWP 20.08 Smart IT 20.08 Basic MS SQL Query Language Remedy Support skills for Incident / Change / Work order / SRM Foundation Configuration like People Support groups Auto Assignments / Product Categorizations / Change Approvals / Templates etc Skills: Optional: Microsoft Power BI (added advantage Report building) Azure Dev ops as user the ability to use DevOps Board CMDB is handled by another team if known its added advantage.
Must: Should know how to develop using the DWP platform Day to day creation of new forms in DWP. Troubleshoot.
Upcoming: Business Workflows and Innovation Studio (Already implemented but work not started) Major activities are backend support for any incidents and building new forms using DWP.
