What You'll Do
We are looking for a Functional Support Consultant Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O to join our partner enablement and support team .
A key fixture of this team is to understand a customer’s business, work creatively to provide solutions to challenges, and ultimately help their business innovate and digitally transform using To-Increase Solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced functional consultant, who has experience implementing business applications. In this role you can leverage your domain skills, to solve complex problems and challenges faced by our To-Increase partners and customers when deploying our ISV solutions.
You will have the opportunity to work with our agile product development team to contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions. You will be part of a team with some of the most highly skilled employees in the industry that are working with Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365F&O and be part of an international organization with partners and customers around the globe.
You will:
As a Functional Support Consultant in the To-Increase partner enablement and support team, you will:
- Serve as primary contact for our customers for service and support requests on To-Increase solutions for Dynamics AX and D365F&O.
- Analyze, Investigate and Prioritize support cases and provide acceptable solutions to our partners and customer located world-wide.
- Use pro-active and thorough communication to respond to support requests.
- Partner with the To-Increase development team in delivering incident resolutions, software fixes and software testing.
- Learn advanced solutions on Dynamics AX and D365 F&O and work with the latest Microsoft technology.
- Document reproduction steps in a standard environment.
- Triage support cases.
- Use your high level of professionalism, empathy, and business acumen to resolve complex problems.
- Follow and extend standard operating procedures.
What You Need to Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications)
- Any Full Time Bachelor's degree/PG.
- At least 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX in D365 F&O or AX2012.
- Functional knowledge of standard Dynamics AX systems functions (T&L and Project accounting), postings, roles and permissions, workflows, and batch jobs.
- Certifications on AX2012, D365F&O
- The ability to quickly learn new functionality and new products.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong team player and high customer & commercial orientation with a pro-active attitude.
- Ability to work with international partners / customers. Exposure to cross-cultural working will be an added advantage.
- Energized by working collaboratively to evolve and optimize our customer experience program.
