We suggest you enter details here Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at S.S.Constructions in Bengaluru. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for estimating and costing construction projects, preparing tender and contract documents, and analyzing costs for various building projects. They will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure cost-effective project outcomes and timely completion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or related industry. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Quantity Surveying software. Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) software is a plus. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.Job tags
