Assistant Manager - Customer Delight Team ( Exp 2 years)
We need an Assistant Manager who can take charge of our customer service department and
foster positive relationships with our advisors in the respective department.
Roles and Responsibility

The AM will assist in completing the duties of the customer service manager when the superior is not
around. While ensuring that every task is done correctly and effectively and making sure that all aspects
of customer service are established well. Sometimes, AM may need to assist the representatives with
their process when required. AM is also responsible for helping in the development and execution of
training programs for customer service representatives. Their goal is to increase customer satisfaction by
providing the best customer service possible.

  • Assistant manager must be a good leader and have the initiative and know-how to handle people with different personalities.
  • Assistant manager will be responsible for handling 3 different teams and their respective Team Leads
  • Assistant manager must also have outstanding skills in analysis
  • Assistant manager should have knowledge of KPI and TNI report
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs
  • Preparing and presenting employee reviews
  • Organizing employee schedule
  • Taking disciplinary action when necessary
  • Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service
  • Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the GOAL
  • Assistant manager should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Create and implement an effective customer loyalty program

Requirement
The applicant must have 2 years of experience as an AM in the customer service domain and need to
have excellent communication and organizational skills. Well-experienced customer service
representatives are highly considered for this position.
