HR Roles And Responsibilities

  • Recruitment:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and internal referrals.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate suitability, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and participate in interview panels and assessment centers as needed.
  • Candidate / Client Coordination :
  • Ensure a positive and professional Client / Candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Act as a point of contact Client / Candidates, addressing their questions, providing timely updates, and gathering feedback.
  • Continuously improve and refine the recruitment process to enhance quality, efficiency and client / candidate satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Set recruitment targets, track team's performance metrics, and ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment, promoting professional development and growth within the team.
  • Identify training needs and provide ongoing training to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of Client / Candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and recruitment metrics.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment progress, team performance, and key recruitment metrics to senior management.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Contribute to the development of employer branding strategies to attract and retain best talent.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create compelling job advertisements and recruitment materials.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree / Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication in English.
  • Preferred Candidates having Laptop amp; MS Office Knowledge.
  • Relevant Experience and Proven Success Records for Experienced Candidates.
  • Fresher Graduates / Graduates with Passion for HR Can Apply.
  • Immediate Joiner.
