Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an MNC Relationship Manager (Banking) at Workassist located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with multinational corporation clients, identifying business opportunities and providing top-notch customer service. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for developing new business, growing revenue, and achieving sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at multinational corporate clients.
- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to offer strategic solutions that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and generate leads for potential new clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities for business growth.
- Track and report on key account metrics, such as revenue growth, client satisfaction, and retention rates.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking skills with an ability to build relationships with MNC clients
- Understanding of banking industry and financial products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in sales and business development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Certification in banking or financial services is a plus
