As part of the Supply Chain IT, the Order to Cash (OTC) team is chartered to accelerate Intel's business transformation by delivering and maintaining capabilities that equip the business to capture value through consistent, accurate, reliable, and cutting-edge off-the-shelf solutions. As an IT Product Manager in the OTC-Post Sales domain with subject matter expertise in Warranty, Entitlement, Traceability, you will lead a team in setting priorities, getting results across boundaries, ensuring an inclusive work environment, developing employees, and managing performance. Roles and responsibilities will include the following: Understands, defines, and prioritizes the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities as they relate to IT requirements. Develops methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Oversees all stages of product creation, with an emphasis on execution, including design and development, developing user stories, defining the north star vision for the team's product, creating a product road map, and prioritizing the product backlog. Works closely with relevant stakeholders to create the right product vision. Monitors the success of IT initiatives and projects across its lifecycle - requirements gathering, design, developing, debugging, validating, optimization, customer engagement, and/or product support - and evaluates processes, tools and technologies to identify areas of improvement. Sets priorities for the team, gets results across boundaries, develops employees and manages performance. Exemplifies Intel's core values, supports the advancement of Information Technology as a value driver for Intel's future. Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results. Qualifications

Qualifications: Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant area of study 10+ years of IT work experience in software solutions delivery with strong track record of superior delivery results even in ambiguous situations. 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain across ORDER TO CASH Domain with Deep SAP functional expertise of complex semi-conductor supply chain business processes Proven track record and experience in contributing to SAP implementations with large global enterprises across multiple legal entities in a highly complex systems and project environment. Experience across all phases of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodology with strong User Story and User Acceptance Test documentation skills Deep understanding of enterprise IT from business, technology, and operational perspect ives knowledgeable in CI/CD, Waterfall, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Strong in business stakeholder management, end user collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders for Industry standard business processes with minimal or no customization. Building high-performance teams, developing teams, and driving necessary organizational change Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a Product Owner for business transformation will be an added advantage. Expertise in SAP EMS (Entitlement Management System) architecture and tools is a plus. Strong relationship building and influencing skills able to mediate opposing viewpoints work well in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and experience working with decision makers in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Willingness to work in a diverse team environment and with others in cross-geo organizations.

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
