Job description

The Product Sales Expert is an individual contributor role in regional / Super Region structure with direct reporting line towards VP Revenue / Sales Director and full accountability for achieving sales targets.

Product Sales Expert whose main goal is to grow volumes and profitability of Voice as a product in the Super Region across all target verticals and improve and speed up product penetration and monetization. Focus of this person is on translating product performance targets into regional targets and activities to achieve best balance in terms of effort and outcome keeping proactive feedback loop from market to HQ.

PSE supports and actively participates in high value growth opportunities from ideation to execution,) within a base of named prospects (and/or clients). In order to do that, he/she works closely with team members from customer facing roles, both for new business and existing business and HQ product teams (PSM, PM, PMM), in order to create

monetization strategies and successfully bring and commercialize the product in the regional markets.

The PSE also is working on new opportunities for their region that are on high level accounts, identifies sales opportunities in a market changing environment and/or forms strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks.

PSE is continuously gathering market insights, customer and local team's feedback and feeding it to HQ (PSMs, PD, PMM) in a structured and meaningful way in order to create prerequisites for further growth and sustainability.

Main Responsibilities

  • Align, support, and execute GTM for the product responsible in the region.
  • Drive product adoption in the region, while supporting sales activities with product knowledge to ensure increase in opportunity closing rate.
  • Defines and develops effective go to markets and customer segmentations - Cross updating in regards of features missing/not applicable to capture market share, direct client feedback about opportunities lost, communicate any other blockers observed on the market.
  • Establishing a strong and collaborative working relationship with the HQ Product Team.
  • Along with the Chapter Leads, drive Onboarding and coaching to the regional team members about product- related knowledge, G2M and value proposition.
  • Detect key areas of growth and build strategies and initiatives (jointly with local team and HQ) to exploit these opportunities as well as remove potential blockers.
  • Working closely with Regional Sales Managers to align key Q/Y priorities, initiatives and/or markets, providing input on new areas of growth for the product offering while aligning marketing strategy.
  • Working closely with regional Solution Engineering Team to Identify ideal customer profiles and creating regional target client lists, identifying ideal buyer personas that should be contacted within target clients.
  • Keeping regional team members up to date with all the latest major product features or new releases, ensuring better solution offering for our targeted clients.
  • Work closely with SOP to analyze respective product pipeline in the region, drive clear tactics to enhance, overcome any gaps to achieve targets.
  • Being their support through all the steps of the product sales process
  • Supporting on big opportunities and strategically important client meetings
  • Regular (weekly) syncs with HQ(PSM) for sharing regional product feedback and useful insights about, bringing attention to specific regional use cases or ICP, Pricing and other market specific commercial conditions, with solutions to address them.
  • Monitoring and regular reporting about pipeline creation, velocity and conversion and helps in removing roadblocks by partnering with HQ and Regional roles.
  • Working with marketing about sharing product wins and creating social proof
