Manager Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our comprehensive End-to-End Marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and executing online marketing, social media campaigns, B2B events, webinars, conferences, and traditional marketing techniques. With a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, the candidate should demonstrate strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the evolving marketing landscape. Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement an overarching marketing strategy aligned with business goals and objectives. 2. Online Marketing: Drive online marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. 3. Social Media Management: Create and execute social media campaigns across various platforms to engage the target audience and build a strong online presence. 4. B2B Events and Webinars: Plan and execute B2B events, conferences, and webinars to showcase products/services, generate leads, and foster industry relationships. 5. Traditional Marketing: Oversee traditional marketing efforts, including print media, direct mail, and other offline strategies, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach. 6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all channels. 7. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact. 8. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 9. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Qualifications: 1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus. 2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with a focus on End-to-End Marketing activities. 3. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that have positively impacted brand awareness and lead generation. 4. Leadership Skills:Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing marketing team. 5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies. 6. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and staying updated on emerging marketing technologies.
