- Engage with inbound leads over the phone
- Pitch and collect relevant information to qualify the lead
- Understand your customers' needs and have empathy with their problems
- Pitch how our solutions align with their pain points by acting as a consultant
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
- Close sales deals and achieve your monthly targets
- Work with other teams to improve the product and business processes
- Manage follow-ups and customer satisfaction with urgency.
Education/Experience Desired Candidate
- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in inside sales.
- Good Negotiation skills.
- Rounded sales and service skills (Not a pure 'cold caller')
- Track record of knocking targets out of the park
- Friendly and engaging calling experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional listening and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Willingness to go beyond the job description to meet business goals.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in telesales.
- Preferred industry: IndiaMart, Credit Cards, Insurance, SaaS sales.
