Job description

The individual will implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. The candidate will possess the ability to complete high volumes of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision and deadline sensitivity. As such, the candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem solving and organizing logistics. Key to the position is the ability to keep the team organized, prioritized and on time while also serving as a "go to" for all areas and departments which dovetail with HR. This candidate will help foster a cooperative and communicative atmosphere.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Participate actively in business meetings and understand business requirements. Carry out effective manpower planning and ensure manpower costs are within the established controls. To recruit the best available talent across the region by engaging with the line hiring managers and recruitment sources in order to meet manpower needs. Identify & Empanel Recruitment Vendors and review performance Social Media Hiring Effective usage of social media platform to attract & hire talents for creative domain. Campus Hiring - Build campus relations and manage campus visits, internships and other campus engagement programs. Smooth Onboarding of new joinees (joining formalities, documentation, background verification) and induction.

HR Business Partnering & Operations:

Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce. Visit assigned stations in the region to interface and dialogue with colleagues. Correspond with employees in these stations for all HR, payroll/policy related queries. Manage complete employee life cycle within the Organization Track and review disciplinary complaints. To drive the employee rewards & recognition programme in the region. To conduct a training needs assessment for colleagues in this region and input to the Corporate team. Manage training related logistics for programmes conducted in the region Drive Performance Management execution in the locations Conduct exit and stay conversations and manage the off-boarding process for resignees from the region. Able to travel extensively.

Organisational relationships:

Work in close coordination with the Business and Functional Leads

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Full-time MBA/Master's Degree in HR/Social Work/ from B schools Mandatory requirement: -

Candidates should have work experience of 8 to 10 years in relevant Talent Acquisition & HRBP domain. Proven skill in the operation and utilization software such as Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, etc. Extremely good in communication and articulate
