Purpose
To manage the overall Logistics, and supply chain management. Responsibilities include organizing and monitoring the storage and distribution of goods. To manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
Successful distribution and logistics management.
Analyse KPIs of Distribution Centres - transportation-related, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Manage all matters related to environment, sustainability and distribution operations
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards the interested parties at all times.
Maintaining management systems as per ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, and Environment and Safety standards 45001:2018 &14001:2015
Educational Background, Work Experience & Others
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/ BE (Preferred), MBA in Supply Chain Management (preferred)
Work Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in Supply Chain Management
Preferred Industries - Steel Service Center (Preferred) , Automobile, Other Manufacturing Industry
