Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Source screen and interview candidates.
Conduct reference checks and facilitate the hiring process.
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees.
Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
Performance Management:
Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
Assist in talent development and succession planning.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Develop and implement onboarding processes for new hires.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs.
Assist employees with benefitrelated inquiries.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in benefits.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Conduct regular audits to assess compliance.
Employee Engagement:
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
Organize teambuilding activities and events.
Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve the workplace.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field..
Strong knowledge of HR laws regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
