Job description
Position Impact The Field Support Engineer primarily engages in the overseas expansion of Gogoro's after-sales service customer management. They collaborate closely with the global sales team, providing technical support and solutions to address after-sales service issues. This facilitates the sustainable and stable operation of the Gogoro ecosystem for customers, enabling them to achieve long-term and stable business operations in their respective regions.
Responsibility 1. Develop and maintain overall technical relationships with customers. 2. Engineering resource on the sales team to lead technical aspects of the after-sales cycle. 3. According to the after-sales experience, provide technical marketing support for the development and implementation of Gogoro products. 4. Prepare materials and participate in product presentations for internal and external training. 5. Provide customer service to solve complex interconnect problems and technical inquiries. Requirement 1. Bachelors' degree in engineering discipline; BTech Graduates Preferred 2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in the interconnect industry with experience in working in aftersales or technical support functions. 3. Strong knowledge in automobile or two-wheeled electric vehicles 4. Strong technical communication and leadership skills to lead investigations with engineers of multiple disciplines. 5. Decisive focused, and proactive drive for execution. 6. Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or MS Office Suite 7. Fluent in English and able to do domestic/international business traveling 8.
