Sales Support Assistant
At Capitalmind we are looking for you to join us as a Sales Support Assistant . In this role, you will manage our client communication channels - Sales inbox and Whatsapp groups with clients - to provide valuable support to our sales managers by effectively responding to customer and prospect queries. As the support staff, your role kicks in after initial contact has been made by our Sales Managers. You will be responsible for follow-ups and addressing queries, playing a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships through effective communication and management of their needs and requests. In addition, you will support the maintenance of our CRM database, ensuring that all client interactions post-sales calls are accurately recorded and readily accessible for future reference. You should have the ability to analyse and interpret sales metrics, demonstrating a goal-oriented mindset. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the sales process and customer satisfaction directly. Key responsibilities: Manage Communication Channels : Manage and monitor the Sales inbox and WhatsApp group communications, ensuring all client inquiries and messages are responded to promptly and professionally. Maintaining CRM : Assist in maintaining our CRM system, including updating client information, logging interactions, and helping to streamline the sales process. Team Coordination : Work collaboratively with the sales team to facilitate smooth and effective sales operations. Provide data and guides to help the sales team Track Metrics : Develop and monitor performance indicators Customer Success : Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience Skills required: 1. Proven work experience in Sales support a plus 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail. 3. Hands-on experience with CRM systems. Hubspot expertise is a plus. 4. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and GSuite 5. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 6. Past experience in Finance and Wealth Management domain a plus Working with us means: · Competitive salary.
