Key Skills
BTech/BE or MTech/ME in Chemical engineering with 7+ years of exp
Knowledge of Process engineer in Pilot Plant/Technology Transfer / Process Engineering.process chemistry and technology
Proven track record for Project Technology Transfer and Process Engineering.
Grip on different unit operation as well as processes
Excellent communication skills verbal / written / presentations
Key Responsibilities
Interaction with R&D department for New Product development
Study of New Product in R&D and plan batch in Pilot scale
Planning and resource management for continuously Pilot Plant operation
Able to lead Subordinate Technology Transfer Process Engineers Team.
Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, & Plant layouts for new Product / Trails
Planning for Raw material for batch trails
Knowledge of Hazardous material handling and MSDS
Prepare Mass Balance, Energy Balance for new projects.
Prepare Bar chart and ensure to match milestone dates.
Knowledge of basic engineering.
Conducting Risk Management studies like HAZOP for new projects with help of PSM team.
Detailed engineering work
Equipment sizing calculations.
Excellent knowledge of equipment like Reactor/Reboiler/Dist Column/Heat Exchanger/Vacuum Pump, Pump hydraulic calculations
Enquiry floating of equipment and technical clearance of equipment
Coordinate in Project commissioning.
