We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet our organisational needs. This role requires strong communication skills a keen eye for talent and the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.
Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Assist in the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain recruitment data and metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
