Job Description:
- Coordinating all administrative processes.
- Managing budgets, petty cash, inventory, procurement and events.
- Resolving conflicts or other issues as they occur.
- Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting
- Facilitate effective communication within the school community, positive relationships between staff, parents, and students.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
- Conduct orientation sessions for new parents to guide them with school policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Interact with parents during admission inquiries, guiding them through the enrollment process and addressing any concerns they may have.
