Head – Corporate HR

Primary Responsibilities · Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives. · Function as a strategic business advisor to the Management/Senior Leadership of assigned Business Verticals regarding key organizational and management issues. · Oversee and lead areas of Corporate HR: a.

Payroll:

Responsible for maintaining confidential and accurate employee records, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and thorough salary processing b.

Learning and Development -

Develop and implement new-age training strategies to build a pipeline of future leaders c.

HR policies

– Ensure NRMPL complies with current regulations, accepted professional standards, government policies, procedures, and legislation. Anticipate and resolve litigation risks d.

HR systems and tactics

– Responsible for delivering high-quality employee experience through the HR transactions on the internal HR systems. Also, use trends or data to make strategic decisions, when required e.

Workforce planning and development

– Ensure optimization of workforce for financial performance, their development to create an internal future-ready workforce, and strategically deploying human resources for growth f.

Recruitment

- Find new and innovative ways to attract and retain talent in the Organization g.

Employee Engagement

– drive a continuous improvement agenda with focus on engagement & welfare activities, maximizing productivity, devolving HR responsibilities to line managers and building leadership capability h.

Managing the HR Budget · Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organizational culture, ensuring the company values and approach are displayed. · Execute a diversity, equality, and inclusion plan that aligns with company values, business strategy, and commitments. · Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering collaboration and growth, internally as well as with the Plant HR. · Ensure managers are sufficiently skilled and enabled to access appropriate guidance and information to manage workforce issues.
