Role : Network Security Engineer Total exp: 6 to 10 years NP: Immediate to 30 days only Location: Remote
Note: Minimum 6 years relevant experience on Network security, Palo Alto firewalls, 4 to 5 years of experience & on BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) 3 years, and Switching and routing mandatory. JD - Customer Success Engineer (Network Security Engineer (L2 and L3 support in Network Security)) Hands On • Good knowledge in Windows/Linux OS-based applications (Installation, troubleshooting, Debugging) • Experience with Networking Security (Static Routes, RIP / OSPF / BGP / LDAP / IPSEC / SSL-VPN / NAT / GRE, / ) • Proven track record of handling customer escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions • Existing knowledge of, and experience with public cloud platform (IaaS) features, capabilities, and best use; • Experience working on networking devices (Firewall, Switches and Routers) Responsibilities A: Management of the Palo Alto Prisma, Panorama, and Firewall Network B:Lead day-to-day operations of the Palo Alto Firewall and administration associated with it C: Will be responsible for the end to end delivery Technical experience: A Good understanding of Palo Alto Prisma, Panorama, firewalls, App-ID, user-ID, content-ID and Global Protect B In-depth understanding on IPsec VPNs, Global Protect VPNs, Security Profiles, and Firewall Implementation Good understanding on cloud providers like AWS, Azure D: Basic Knowledge on Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, and Linux) We can consider network resources with firewall experience who can be upskilled to Palo Alto Professional Attributes: willing to learn new technologies 2: Cross-skilling, Upskilling 3-Good Communication and presentation skills 4-Quick learner, team player Educational Qualification: Bachelor or college degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • Additional Information: Should be open to night shifts Skills • Proven work experience as a Customer support, Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, and IT Help Desk Technician • Good knowledge of Windows/Linux OS and networking environments • Good knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) • Good understanding of computer systems, Firewall, Switches, and other network devices • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus Thanks & Regards, B.Santosh Team Lead Email- [email protected] Mob- 8639792825 COMPANY URL : TEKACCEL SOFTWARE SERVICES, LLP .Job tags
