What You'll Do
This is an individual contributor role working for Aerospace Group. This requires working closely with the business for understanding needs and developing solution for the same. This position requires collaborating with various business teams, IT to accompalish the expected results. The overall ownership involves around diving into business data to analyse and develop Analytics solution with insights. 'A. Working closely with business for getting reporting needs and gathering requirements. B. End to end deliver execution of analytics projects for Aerospace business. C. Understand how org. makes money. Keep up with future policies, practices, trends in the organization, with the competition and the marketplace. D. Collaborating with IT to get required fields, facts and dimensions through ETL or new enhancements to meet the business report requirements. E. Responsible for knowledge creation and retention within the team. F. Should be able to drive things on their own, accomplish objectives despite obstacles. G. Connecting with business for data accuracy. H. Training the users on dashboards/reports. I. Will be driving CI and process improvement within the team. J. Gain insight into customer needs, build & deliver solution that meets customer expectations k. Change management.'
