We are looking for product owners to enable the delivery of high-quality analytical and platform products in a fast-changing environment. You will work with cross-functional teams including business heads and engineering leads to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the product. You will be working on projects with a unique blend of Big Data analytics, product management, and engineering across Jio ecosystem.
Few sample projects include building user profiling model across customer lifecycle, identifying impacted customers because of network failure events in real time, proactive communication to customers in case of network events, data driven campaign designs, predicting which users might churn out of the system in next 3 months, etc.

The team acts as data consultants to different verticals of Reliance Industries. We enable business teams in building robust products and take data driven decisions thus contributing to revenue growth, cost reduction and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
· Set the vision for a Big Data analytical product along with business team and define success metrics
· Work closely with relevant stakeholders across business, product, and engineering teams
· Drive the execution of multiple projects right from defining the requirement to delivering and enabling the relevant stakeholder for smooth handover
· Manage project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way and willing to do what it takes to make our product successful
· Think in first principles with customer at the centre to grow business and improve customer experience
Basic Qualification
· 7+ years of experience in business analytics or product management with an academic background of B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science. MBA experience is good to have but not essential
· Excellent communication skills to present complex data with proven stakeholder management skills to influence decision making
· Knowledge and passion for analytics, product management and technology trends
· Strong prioritization skills for focusing on right features/products among variety of complex and parallel projects
· Technical skills include: SQL
· Experience with Big Data visualization tools like Logi Composer, Power BI, Apache Superset
Microsoft Azure and GCP experience will be a huge plus
