Job description
Minimum 15 years of professional Experience,
Minimum 10 years of experience in administering quality assurance program from recognized Oil and Gas inductry
Role :
- To lead the efforts of QA in a project and support the Project Team for overall implementation of Project Quality Plan at design phase by meeting Client requirements and perform quality checks through Audits.
- To impart project-specific QA Awareness training
- Monitoring and control of project-specific QA requirements
Responsibilities
- To conduct awareness session on Engineering Execution Plan, Engineering Design, Review
and Checking Procedure within all Team members & check effectiveness of same .
- To conduct design quality assurance spot checks for all engineering disciplines.
- To ensure project specific checklists are prepared and implemented.
- To oversee all project specific procedures including document control, engineering execution
plan is implemented.
- To ensure corrective actions are taken on any Audit findings by respective discipline.
- To continuously monitor design procedure for ensuring quality requirements.
- To give input to Project QA Manager for monthly quality management report.
- To achieve quality objectives as per Project Quality Plan.
- To conduct internal audits for engineering disciplines.
- To ensure lessons learnt are implemented as per Target date.
- To capture new lessons learned during Engineering phase.
