Job description

Responsibilities :

As a Business Consultant within our dynamic team, you will be instrumental in fostering our business growth and enhancing our project delivery capabilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategic Initiatives Support: Playing a pivotal role in supporting the formulation and execution of strategic business initiatives to ensure they align with the company’s overarching goals and objectives. Proposal Preparation: Supporting in crafting persuasive technical proposals that highlight our firm's strengths and expertise. Engage actively in the pre-bid meetings and support the bidding process effectively. Technical Documentation: Ensuring the development and upkeep of accurate and comprehensive technical documentation for ongoing and future projects. Project Planning and Support: Assisting in detailed project planning, taking into account various critical factors such as timelines, resources, and expected outcomes to support the smooth execution of projects. Quality and Timeliness: Aiding in the oversight of project execution to ensure deliverables meet the established standards of quality and are completed within the stipulated timelines and budget. Business Development and Stakeholder Management: Actively contributing to business growth through strategic planning and fostering robust relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline. An MBA or a postgraduate degree in Planning/Construction Management is preferable. Experience : Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a consulting setting. Business Development Skills : Demonstrable ability to contribute to business growth and strategic planning. Project Management Proficiency : Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage projects from conception through to completion. Analytical Abilities : Strong skills in data analysis and research to inform strategies and decision-making. Interpersonal and Communication Skills : Outstanding ability to manage stakeholder relationships, with a focus on achieving consensus and driving project progress.
