Job Summary: Vendor Compliance Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Analysts focused on driving medium to long term improvements within Dropship Vendor Compliance. Enable strategic improvement initiatives for vendor compliance performance, while being able to dive deep into areas of opportunity and develop solutions and processes towards improvements. Be responsible for superior operational excellence and team management. Through cross functional collaboration with multiple technical and operational teams within Lowe’s Supply Chain organization elevate and deliver best-in-class practices.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor and drive Vendor Compliance Analysts to deliver strong insights and analysis driving improvements in Vendor Compliance. Work proactively with US team to provide strategic planning to maintain high standards and streamlined processes Represent the team as the subject matter expert for Vendor Performance Management Liaise between Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting and Merchandising team to resolve vendor issues rapidly. Partners with Merchandising, Supply Chain planning and Replenishment to improve vendor performance and provide teams with data and metrics to ensure vendor performance is considered in business decisions (i.e. Product Line Reviews). Drive superior Operational Excellence Establish workflow to address deliverable schedules, staffing requirements, quality and technology, ensuring work is delivered on-time and right the first time Assess and improve internal workflow and maintain optimization and efficiencies as needed

Experience 7 -10 Years

Primary Skills (must have) Experience with data analysis and providing insights about the data Experience managing small to medium sized projects Ability to work multiple projects and work streams with conflicting objectives Ability to work within a matrixed organization Excellent problem solving and analytical skills& MS Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior project management experience
