Job Summary
Responsible for timely closure of sales, Monthly provision, month end closure, timely releasing of reports, Responsible for analyzing store p&l, Responisble for timely releasing of RFM, Responsible for preparation of audit schedules and timely resolving of auditors queries, work closely with cross functional department
Reporting To- McOpCo Lead Finance & Accounts
Job Responsibilities
Key functional responsibilities
- Sales closing and reporting to various stake holder
- Store master Management
- UAT testing of RFM and ensuring timely updating of Menu Price and ensuring RFM release on scheduled date
- Analysis of various reports DSR, MITRA report, etc.
- Ensure sharing of accurate and timely restaurant accounting reports to relevant stakeholders QCR, MITRA, Tree report, etc.
- Preparation of Food Cost as per schedule and do the analysis on the monthly basis
- GL Analysis and reasoning for differences
- Providing Day to day support to stores and resolving queries of stores
- Ensuring month end closing within stipulated timelines
- Provision review and analysis
- Coordination with outsourcing partner & reviewing their work
- Preparation of audit schedules and review of schedules prepared by support team
- Timely completion of quarterly statutory audit and resolving auditors queries
- Review and analyze the consolidated restaurant accounts
- Work closely with cross functional department to achieve overall organizational goal
- Consolidation of distribution center trail balance and review of accounting entries
- Establish mechanisms which ensure financial support & prompt query resolution at all times to operations/ restaurant
- Guide and drive the team to focus on proactively collaborating with Operations managers and Operation Consultants
- Collaborate with operations teams to align best practices and provide desired support
- Partner with RSG to identify and govern initiatives for achieving financial goals & efficiencies at restaurant level

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Mandatory : Graduation / B. Com
Preferred Total Experience
2 - 3 Years post CA or CA inter with 5 to 6 years
Preferred Relevant Experience-Experience in QSR, Retail or Services in that order
