DESIGNATION: Junior Executive / Executive
DEPARTMENT: Purchase
Requirement Experience: 1-3 years
Field: Construction
Location: Chennai
Qualifications : Bachelors degree (BBA, BCOM & BSC)
Skills : Good spoken and written English and Tamil, Good knowledge and practice in MS Office, Tally, Emails and browsing
Reporting to: Manager purchase
Roles & Responsibilities - Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Process Purcahse orders in Excel, Google Sheet and Tally ERP - Enter order details (e.g.,
vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases excel and Tally ERP
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases including cost analysis
- Coordinate with stores team and Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed with site
PR
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure delivery on correct time
- Proven work experience in a Purchase department
