Job Title: Deputy Manager – Business Development (GPAT Exams)
Location: Vadodara Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Cultivate strong relationships within the Parul University Campus community, emphasizing promotional programs related to Competitive Exams, with a specific focus on GPAT (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test). Formulate and execute strategies to elevate the visibility of GPAT Exam-related programs within the campus. Organize compelling activities such as workshops, seminars, and webinars to enhance awareness and interest among students. Create awareness amongst academic departments and collaborate closely with them to promote GPAT Exam preparation and ensuring seamless alignment. Identify and establish partnerships with student clubs and organizations to amplify promotional efforts related to GPAT Exam programs. Implement targeted promotional campaigns within the campus through various channels, including digital platforms, posters, and campus-wide announcements, with a specific focus on GPAT exams. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of promotional activities, making necessary adjustments to optimize engagement and participation, particularly for GPAT aspirants. Qualifications and Experience: Master / Bachelor in any discipline with 2-8 years of experience. Proven experience in campus promotions, student engagement, or related roles, preferably within the context of educational programs related to Competitive Exams, specifically GPAT. Strong understanding of the education sector, particularly in the field of GPAT Exam preparation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Innovative mind-set with the ability to conceptualize and implement creative promotional activities, addressing the unique needs of GPAT aspirants. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
