EIC Tech SYS is looking for Technical support and developer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
End-User Assistance:
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing software and hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person.
Issue Diagnosis and Resolution:
- Analyze and identify the root cause of technical issues.
- Develop and implement solutions to resolve software and hardware problems.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for common technical issues and solutions.
- Prepare user guides and FAQs to assist end-users in troubleshooting.
