EIC Tech SYS is looking for Technical support and developer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

1. End-User Assistance:

   • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing software and hardware issues.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person.

2. Issue Diagnosis and Resolution:

   • Analyze and identify the root cause of technical issues.
   • Develop and implement solutions to resolve software and hardware problems.

3. Documentation:

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for common technical issues and solutions.
• Prepare user guides and FAQs to assist end-users in troubleshooting.
