INDUSTRY: Real Estate

ROLE: VP HR (Real Estate sector exp. Mandaotry)

QUALIFICATION: Graduate / MBA HR

EXPERIENCE: Min. 15 years of relevant experience (Must have exp in real estate)

SALARY: UPTO 20 LPA

LOCATION: Prabhadevi (Mumbai)

TIMINGS: 10am to 7pm. (2nd & 4th Saturday Sunday OFF)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organizations longterm mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through talent management.

Advise/Guide hiring managers for bulk hiring process.

Proficiency in suggesting various hiring strategies.

Identifies key performance indicators for the organizations human resource and talent management functions; assesses the organizations success and market competitiveness based on these metrics.

Provides guidance and leadership to the human resource management team; assists with resolution of human resource compensation and benefits questions concerns and issues.

Ensures compliance with employment benefits insurance safety and other laws regulations and requirements.

Maintains knowledge of laws regulations and best practices in employment law human resources and talent management.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Analyse the effectiveness of HR operations and policies

Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment training compensation etc.)

Reengineer processes to ensure maximum efficiency

Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Thorough knowledge of employmentrelated laws and regulations.

Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Experience in strategic planning and implementation

Proven experience as Vice President of Human Resources or other senior HR role
