Job Description We are looking for an experienced senior QA engineer to work on critical initiatives such as ANG and bring in expertise to explore and implement AI in quality engineering team. This may include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports. Education: Bachelor in Engineering or Technology in an industry-related field Work exp: 10+ years of working experience in QA for a Product development organization. Experience in Fintech would be a bonus. Role & Responsibilities Design and architect modular, reusable, scalable functional and non-functional test automation tools/frameworks with the latest tools and technologies Review, define, and implement test strategies ensuring we don't compromise on the quality of the product Ensure teams adopt the best testing strategies Participate and contribute to functional, system, performance, and regression testing. Work with product and dev teams to analyze, debug and resolve any issues. Identify new automation opportunities to improve product quality. Collaborate with the DevOps team to integrate quality into in CI/CD pipeline Regularly meet with Product Managers, and support leads to identify bottlenecks. Work with the Customer Success team on customer escalations and the overall process to provide the right guidance both to internal & external stakeholders. Design and develop test plans; test cases based on functional and design specifications Technical Skills Self-motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment. Knowledge of AI technologies in QA. Extensive background in crafting and deploying automation frameworks from the ground up, dedicated to conducting comprehensive testing across various product layers including REST API, UI, and API. Proficient in utilizing diverse tools. Required to possess substantial expertise in software test automation, formulation of test plans, development of test designs, and adeptness in both functional and performance testing. Strong hands-on experience using Selenium Web Driver with python and Java. Neo Load, Load Runner, JMeter or any other performance testing tool JIRA, Confluence knowledge a must Profound comprehension of cloud-native technologies coupled with a proficient command of the AWS cloud platform. Should be able to set up automation on cloud infra and automated reporting. Experience working in an Agile development environment.
