Inside Sales, Cold Calling Roles and Responsibilities: Search and identify decision-makers across potential clients within identified markets for IT products & services. Generate leads based on in-depth market research & competitor analysis for focused verticals. Conduct cold calling, emailing, and transacting on leads by sending relevant information. Set up meetings and ensure sales personnel are equipped with necessary information, orienting them about subtle nuances captured during lead generation exercises. Assist in building sales collateral to orient prospective clients. Generate MIS reports & dashboards as per raised request. Assist in activation and running various communication campaigns through Email, Phone & Events. Stay abreast of market developments, understand competitor trends, analyze and use them for targeting potential prospects. Persistently follow up with clients to build lasting relationships. Understand non-verbal and underlying cues of prospects and aim to maximize on them. Create and maintain a database for future reference and use. Skills Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating via emails, phone calls, and other online channels. Ability to communicate with CXOs in India, APAC, ME & Africa. Proficiency in using various software tools, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with other sales support tools. Education: Bachelor's in management/engineering/IT/logistics or any other relevant discipline. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
