Job description

As the Sales development representative (SDR) for a Logistics SaaS startup, you will be at the forefront of driving growth, revenue, and market expansion. You need to support the outbound pipeline creation through account mapping, intelligence & activation campaigns, propelling pipeline velocity via Account-based outbound outreach tactics in connecting & engaging in conversations with the right stakeholders in an account to qualify them into a QSO (Sales Qualified Opportunity).

Job Description: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted research and outreach. To generate interest and initiate conversations, utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Pipeline Development: Work closely with the sales team to build and nurture a robust sales pipeline. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges, effectively communicating the value proposition of our logistics SaaS solution. Qualification and Handoff: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our target customer profile. Collaborate with Sales/Account Executives to seamlessly transition qualified leads for further exploration and conversion. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and messaging. Sales Enablement: Work closely with the marketing/growth team to leverage content and collateral for effective outreach. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required Proven experience in an SDR or similar role, preferably within the logistics or SaaS industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to articulate complex concepts and value propositions. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Strong team-player, comfortable with cross-functional collaboration Product-savvy & analytical mindset with a passion for Tech./ SaaS industry High ownership & hustle attitude with focus on getting the job done
