Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Telecaller at AIM 24 REALTY. The Telecaller will be responsible for making calls to potential clients, following up with leads, classifying and managing leads, guiding clients, addressing legal and other queries, negotiating deals, and converting leads into sales/clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade and influence others
• Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with sales and marketing techniques
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized, able to multitask, and able to work well under pressure
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field preferred
