Key Responsibilities: ● Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team. ● Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team, and provide guidance on achieving them. ● Customer Acquisition: Identify and prospect new clients within the market to expand the company's customer base. ● Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service. ● Revenue Generation: Oversee the development and execution of sales plans to achieve revenue targets. ● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length. ● Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product or service offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential and existing clients. ● Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential challenges. ● Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address client needs and expectations. ● Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure and close deals. ● Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized and active sales pipeline, consistently updating CRM tools with client information and progress. ● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and identify new opportunities for growth. ● Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). ● Proven track record in B2B Leadership sales Role. ● Strong understanding of the market and a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales. ● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ● Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. ● Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license, if required
