Job description
1.Review documents submitted by functions to initiate applicable risk assessment(s). Liaise with stakeholders to ensure all risk assessments are timely completed in system, highlight pending risk assessments to stakeholders.
2.Conduct Financial Risk Assessment for new and existing vendors. Ensure timely completion of risk assessment in system.
3.Review the results of all risk assessments and provide risk rating to the vendor.
4.Ensure maintaining complete documents for all vendor risk assessments.
5.Ensure proper follow up action items is done for missing records with functions to complete risk assessment within timeline.
6.Manage vendor risk from 2nd LOD perspective.
7.Obtain Key Performance metrics of critical vendors on a monthly from function.
8.Co-ordinate with Business, Sourcing, BCM and other internal control groups (eg, Legal and Compliance) for smooth vendor risk management operations.
9.Maintain and review vendor database regularly and ensure periodic risk assessment is timely triggered as per vendor categorization.
10.Facilitate training sessions to business spocs for better understanding of policy guidelines, if required.
11. Reporting to RMCB on the Outsourcing vendors and vendor risk profiling
12. Maintaining database of vendors under RBI's Outsourcing Circular, including material outsourcing and its reporting to management & board.
