Job description
Responsibilities:
You own the execution of Direct Marketing efforts - build awesome creatives that increase conversions from Email & SMS. You make efforts to improve Deliverability & Reputation - execute plans for improving deliverability and reputation for our sending domains. You test and execute with foolproof plans - come up with plans/content for improving Email & SMS performance metrics. You present the right data to justify performance - measure results and optimize workflows and campaigns based on the data. You learn new things to grow - topics like content marketing, customer retention, and more. You dig deep into data to identify problems - work cross-functionally to identify data requirements, which can help solve bugs and problems. Skills Required: You can adapt to the situation at hand and change priorities accordingly. You communicate clearly and respectfully to your peers. You are able to define clear timelines for your tasks. You can plan things in advance with excellent attention to detail. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience pref. in SaaS or E-commerce companies or in more hands-on roles Strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign execution, A/B testing, and measurements. Advance knowledge of Email/SMS Marketing tools like MailChimp, HubSpot, ClickSend, Elastic Email. Basic knowledge of CRM Tools (preferably HubSpot). Basic knowledge of Design Tools like Canva and Adobe XD. Proficiency in spreadsheet-based tools like Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets. Knowledge of automation tools like Supermetrics, Zapier, Google Tag Manager, and others.Job tags
